Refund Policy – KixMarket

At KixMarket (kixmarket.org), all sales are final due to the nature of digital services, including Discord bots, tools, and website-related services.

1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been completed.

2. Store Credit Only
In cases where:

• A service cannot be delivered

• An order fails or encounters an issue

You will receive store credit added to your KixMarket account balance instead of a refund.

3. Non-Delivery
If we are unable to complete your order:

• The full amount will be credited to your account balance

• You may use this credit for any other service on our platform

4. Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for submitting correct information (usernames, links, bot requirements, etc.).
No refunds or credits will be issued for incorrect submissions.

5. Manual Payments
For payments made via:

• Zelle

• Apple Pay

• Cryptocurrency

All transactions are final and non-refundable. Only account credit may be issued at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Any chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account suspension

• You will lose access to all services and account balance

• We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback

7. Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the refund/credit system will result in permanent suspension.

8. Policy Agreement
By purchasing from KixMarket, you agree to this refund policy in full.
